What if I don’t pay my bill within Kit Carson
Propanes terms?
After 3 late payments any Kit Carson Propane customer will be
required to pay cash on delivery (COD) and if a "Keep Full" customer,
they will lose "Keep Full" status.
What is "Keep Full" customer?
Kit Carson Propane is responsible for seeing that the customer
does not run out of propane.
What are a "Keep Full" customer's
responsibilities?
To pay all charges within our terms (Net 30 days), allow 24-hour
access to the tank and maintain roads to allow for safe deliveries.
What is a "Will Call" Customer?
The customer assumes responsibility for checking their tank
percentage.
What are a "Will Call" customer's
responsibilities?
To call Kit Carson Propane when the tank is at 10% full (This
allows Kit Carson Propane enough time to schedule a delivery).
To pay all charges within our terms (Net 30 days).
What if I forget to call when my tank
is at 10% full and I need an immediate delivery?
If Kit Carson Propane has to deliver to you on a day not regularly
scheduled you will be billed a $75.00 trip charge.
What if I run out of gas?
If a customer should allow their tank to become empty, Kit Carson
Propane will have to complete a pressure test and the customer
will need to be home when they delivery is made and a $75.00
charge will be applied.
What if I will not be home when the delivery
is made?
Your tank will be left off and Kit Carson propane will have
to schedule another trip to your residence to put the tank back
in service.You will be charged a trip charge of $50.00 for each
visit we are unable to deliver, this may be in addition to the
after hours or off route trip charge ($75.00).
